The air expansion shaft is a special winding and unwinding shaft, that is, the shaft whose surface can protrude after high pressure inflation, and the shaft whose surface rapidly retracts after deflation is called the air expansion shaft. The inflatable shaft has a wide range of uses. Any machine with winding, unwinding and slitting can use the inflatable shaft. The commonly used industries include packaging, printing, and even light metal industries, which can be said to have a wide range of uses.
The common accident of the inflatable shaft is mainly the leakage. Once the leakage occurs, the machine may not operate normally. There are five possibilities for leakage of the inflatable shaft:
1. There is a gap in the sealing ring. Install the sealing ring and apply a ring of sealant.
2. The air nozzle leaks, and the air nozzle is not installed properly. Just replace it with another air nozzle.
3. The rubber tube leaks. This phenomenon is that the quality of the rubber tube itself is not up to the standard. After it is installed, it will leak after inflation.
4. The pressure ring is loose. It is easy to tighten the pressure ring of the dehumidifier.
5. The rubber tube is broken. If this is the case, it will be troublesome. You need to remove the shaft head and replace it with a new rubber tube.
